The many challenges in the east region of the Dominican Republic include high levels of poverty, lack of education, fractured family and social structure, lack of good work ethic and spiritual fiber. In addition, the international aspect blends people from many countries with different customs, languages, cultures and economic levels.

The Pilotage Approach

We see our work like a marine pilot service that helps a ship's captain navigate through restrictive or unknown waters. We come alongside, teaching and counseling others as they move through new and difficult areas of transformation.
