Pilotage International
Navigating life through transformational learning
Cultural Intelligence
This workshop is designed to give the participant insight into culture: their own, and others. These
understandings will create a foundation which will guide our reaction to people from another culture. Culture is a
language we use to communicate with, not a verbal language but a language without words. This workshop will
lay a foundation that will prepare the attendees to begin understanding someone from another culture. It will also
help them to know how to act toward a foreigner so they will understand the message they indent to get across.
Seminar Length: 6 hours
Intercultural Living
- Is there a lack of harmony in the workplace?
- Are subgroups forming and isolating themselves from others?
- Are people not marching to the same drummer?
Our global community demands that we work together. The largest obstocal in multinational settings is
understanding how to work along side people from other cultures. Pilotage seminars and workshops help to
transform how we think and relate to those from other cultures and help us transition into new environments.
