Pilotage Center is a meeting place for locals, internationals and tourists. At anytime, you
may hear Spanish, French, English, Creole, German, or Russian being spoken by the
people who gather here to take classes, enjoy a workshop or seminar, volunteer or
purchase a map or a book.
